We heard it might snow soon so we broke out our favorite winter drink. The Salt City Old Fashioned, made with our bourbon! Note- we like it a little bit sweeter so we always add an extra sugar cube and cherry bitters. It’s one of the easier cocktails to make and it’s SO delicious. Remember to drink local and sip responsibly. We like ours at home by the fire.
Not too late to get your own bottle.

The Salt City Old Fashioned
1.5-2oz of bourbon (preferably ours)
Three dashes of cherry bitters, three dashes of orange bitters.
Sugar cubes (1-3) muddled with orange or clementine
Add ice, a splash of water. Enjoy!

Have you tried our bourbon yet? These are the stores you can find it. Tonight we made this yummy fresh cherry inspired bourbon cocktail. Muddled cherries with lemon, cherry bitters, and bourbon shook on ice- poured straight up with a splash of club soda. Who says bourbon can’t be a summer drink? Have fun peeps.

Our rendition of the classic cocktails called Last Word..
2oz of gin
1/4oz of maraschino liquor
1/4oz of yellow chartreuse (or green)
1/4oz of lime juice
1/4oz of simple syrup
Shake on ice and serve straight up. Add cherry.

Thank goodness it’s Friday!! We made ourselves an espresso martini with our espresso vodka. A little kick of caffiene and some booze is the perfect combo for Friday night shenanigans. Pick up a bottle on your way home.

We know it’s September but we’re not sure if the Utah weather got the memo. So therefore summer cocktails.

Strawberry Lemon Drop Martini
3oz of Salt City Citrus
1oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
3-4 ripe strawberries
3/4oz of simple syrup or 1oz if you like it sweeter
Muddle strawberries and vodka together in shaker. Add simple syrup and lemon juice. Add ice and shake vigorously. Add sugar rim.

Pour straight up into martini glass. Enjoy!
