After working as a cook and then a chef in kitchens in NYC and Westchester, I took some time off to get married and start my family. I decided to start Lena D's as way to be able to work at what I love to do and still be able to take care of my two small children.. Lena and Daniel. Using my industry experience and family favorite recipes, I want to create something incredible that will hopefully will become a favorite for your family too.
