Like the idea of purchasing a side of beef but don’t have the freezer space or cash flow to get it all at once?

Join the ORVF herd and get your half beef divided into the next 12 months!

Cost?
$186/month

What will you get?
10 – Filets
14 – Ribeyes
14 – New York Strips
10 – Sirloin Steaks
1 – Flank Steak
2 – Flat Iron Steaks
4 – Stir Fry
4 – Chuck Roasts
4 – Sirloin Tip Roasts
2 – Eye of Round Roasts
2 – Briskets (half)
2 – Short Ribs
8 – Stew Meat
8 – Packs of Cubed Steaks
96 lbs of Ground Beef

You will get all of this divided up over the course of 12 months.

For example, one month you’ll get something like: 8 Ground Beef, 2 Filets, 2 NY Strips, 1 Chuck Roast, 1 pack of Short Ribs, 1 pack of Cubed Steak, 1 pack of Stew meat.

We are willing to substitute any cut in exchange for more ground beef, but we won’t exchange ground beef for other cuts. For example, if you don’t want cube steak, we can give you more ground beef in its place.

The Rich Valley Fair starts TONIGHT at 6!!

Looking for a good time and good food? Go grab an ORVF fair burger at the concession stand this week. We're thankful for a community that supports local farms. Now lets support the fair and all their volunteers!

Friday, July 24
6:00 PM – Horse Show Speed Events

Saturday, July 25
8:30 AM – Livestock Show (No gate fee)
1:00 PM & 6:00 PM – Open Horse Show

Sunday, July 26
9:30 AM – Cowboy Church
1:00 PM - Youth Music Talent Contest
2:00 PM – Pet Show, Youth Activities (Bring your kids or grandkids—they'll have a great time!), Kiddie Tractor Pull, Log Sawing Competition, & Skillet/Tire Toss
6:00 PM – Gospel Singing (No gate fee)
