Apparently, Freya has started a new business here at Thru God’s Grace Farm… GOAT UBER! 🐐🐓😂

No reservations needed, no seatbelts required, and payment is accepted in chicken feed! 🤣

Meanwhile, Freya is wondering how she became the designated farm taxi and why these freeloading chickens won’t just USE THEIR OWN TWO FEET! 🐔💨

Just another day on the farm where the chickens are spoiled and the goats are apparently in the transportation business! 😂❤️

GATHERED IN GRATITUDE 🍁

Ladies, November is almost here, and I cannot think of a better way to begin this season of Thanksgiving than gathering together with my sisters in Christ!

When I look back over this year and all that God has done through First Saturday Sisters, my heart is overwhelmed with gratitude. What started as a simple act of obedience has blossomed into something more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Women coming together from different churches, different backgrounds, and different walks of life, but with one common purpose — to grow closer to Jesus and encourage one another along the way.

And for that, I am THANKFUL! ❤️

This November, we’re coming together with hearts full of gratitude. Not because everything in our lives has been perfect, not because we haven’t walked through difficult seasons, but because through it all, GOD HAS BEEN FAITHFUL!

Whether you’ve been with us since January or this will be your very first time, there is a seat at the table for YOU!

❤️ BEING THE HANDS AND FEET OF JESUS ❤️

As we gather to give thanks for the many blessings God has poured into our lives, we also want to remember those who are walking through difficult seasons.

We are continuing to collect food donations to help feed and minister to individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.

If you’re able, we would love for you to bring one or more of the following items:

🥫 Canned tuna

🥫 Spam

🥪 Mayonnaise

🍞 Sandwich bread

🥞 Just-add-water pancake mix

🍯 Pancake syrup

🌭 Hot dog buns

🥜 Peanut butter

🧀 Macaroni and cheese

Every donation, no matter how small, is an opportunity to extend the love of Jesus beyond the walls of our gathering.

Because gratitude isn’t just about thanking God for what we have. It’s also about allowing Him to use what we have to bless someone else!

And ladies, please hear my heart: Donations are never a requirement to attend. We want YOU there, whether you bring something or not! ❤️

Come create your very own gorgeous fall floral arrangement inside a fresh pumpkin! We will be using beautiful seasonal flowers, including blooms grown right here on our farm. Whether you’ve arranged flowers before or have never picked up a pair of floral snips, we will walk you through every step!

When you realize you’ve reached a whole new level of homesteading!

Some folks spend their Saturday evenings going out to dinner, shopping, or relaxing. Meanwhile, over here at Thru God’s Grace Farm, we’re standing in the kitchen watching milk spin around like it’s the most exciting thing we’ve ever seen! 🤣🥛

We’ve officially entered our “Why buy butter and ice cream when we can make it ourselves?” era! 🧈🍦

Fresh milk from Daisy, cream separating, butter in the making, and homemade ice cream on the horizon!

At this point, I don’t know if we’re running a farm or if the farm is running us! 😂

From moo to churn to spoon! 🐄🧈🍨

Y’all, I need to have a serious conversation with the hired help around here! 🤣🐾

I’m out here slaving away in this garden, sweating like I’ve lost my mind, dirt from head to toe, and every muscle in my body screaming for a break. Meanwhile, the farm’s GUARDIAN DOG is laid out in the sunshine like he’s on an all-inclusive vacation in the Bahamas! ☀️🏖️😂

Not a care in the world! Belly up, paws in the air, soaking up the rays while I’m over here questioning every life decision that led me to this garden today! 🤦‍♀️🤣

Apparently, his job description includes guarding the farm from a horizontal position, with scheduled naps and unlimited sunbathing!

I’m beginning to think I’m the only employee around here who didn’t get the memo about vacation time! 😂🐶

Somebody remind me who’s supposed to be working for WHO around here?! 🤣
