Tulsi Love Farms is a Sammamish, WA based container hydroponic farm that grows a variety of crops. We are on a mission to give people in local communities access to the freshest, best tasting produce possible. And to do so in a way that's better for the planet.
Farm operations associate is responsible for:
1. All aspects of production to grow leafy greens. Areas of focus include seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, weighing, packaging, and cleaning on a daily basis.
2. Identify issues with plant growth, improving plant health, optimizing yields, maintaining our hydroponics systems.
3. Complete daily and weekly checklists
4. Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops.
5. Maintain a clean growing area following Good Agricultural Practices
6. In the event of an issue, adjust/repair farm working with customer support.
7. Assist in a broad range of farm operations activities, including delivery, sales etc.

Pay: $15 - $17/hour
