All our fried products...Chicken, Tenders, Gizzards, Livers, Ro-Jo's, and Okra are fried in Tallow, not seed oils. This was a huge move for us, but one we are so grateful to have made. Come on by and pick up some Roosters today!

We are excited to celebrate our great nation's 250th birthday. 🇺🇸 We are closing early so our employees can have opportunity to go see Downtown San Angelo’s “A Star Spangled Banner Concert & Fireworks” 🎉 We hope we get to see you there!!
