We had a local ranch that had to cull some Eland and we will be doing some raffles for the meat to help the ranch offset some of the feed bill. Eland is some of the best game meat around in my opinion. Each raffle will have 25 spots at $100 a spot. We will raffle off 200 pounds of meat each go round. (2 winners 100 lbs each) We have a total of 800 #'s we will be raffling off.

Each winner will get
45 pounds of burger ground eland
10 pounds of seasoned eland bacon burger patties
15 pounds of assorted sausages/snack sticks
30 pounds of meat cuts which include
8 packs - bacon wrapped backstrap steaks
2 packs - bacon wrapped filets
2 packs - flat iron steaks
4 packs - tenderzed steaks/steak strips
7 packs - round steaks
5 packs - stew meat
1 pack - sirloin steaks
2 - roast

Plain Burger Patties $12/lb
Jal/Cheese Burger Patties $13/lb
Stew / Steak Cuts - $15/lb
Whole Tenderloins $45 each
