Ok, whoever says the bureaucracy is too much in Germany, definitely never applied for a wine and malt beverage license or even water and sewer here in San Angelo.
It wouldn’t have surprised me, if they had asked if someone of my family caused any trouble on the mayflower or if someone from our family fought on the right side at the Alamo 🤯😂🤷🏻‍♂️

Hello San Angelo, while we're still waiting on the electricity and water to be turned on again, so we can start working on our restaurant endeavor , we will still have our Food trailer up and running at
1101 S Chadbourne
11AM to 6PM
Tuesday through Friday.

And hopefully the internet is working again, so you're able to order through
DoorDash, UberEats or SanAngeloToGo

We are also working on our wine and malt beverage license, that we can offer not only German food, but also German beer and wine as well.
But no worries, we will also serve domestic beer😉

Woohoo, we did it.
And we know that some people think the location isn't the right one. And we really appreciate all the the input and advice you gave us.
But please give us the chance to prove you, that we can make it the right location.
We and our food will only be one part of that, because we need y'all to make it successful.
We will give you the full German experience and we will be a place to bring back good memories and to create new good memories.
Y'all are the most important factor to make it the right location.
We do our very best to give you the most authentic German experience in Texas. Authentic German food, authentic German beer and wine and even the accent is authentic😉
so stay tuned and stay positive.
