The Market started with the simple idea, a fresh milled wheat station and a desire to give people access to fresh flour without having to invest in all the equipment themselves.

Over the past two years, we’ve sold almost 30,000 pounds of wheat, taught hundreds of people how to mill wheat and bake with it, and had conversations with thousands about fresh milled bread, cookies, tortillas, and all the goodness that comes from using whole grain wheat.

But the numbers aren’t what we’re celebrating today.

We are celebrating the people.

The families who come back with pictures of the first beautiful loaf they baked.

The people who tell us they hadn’t eaten bread in years because of how it made them feel, but now they can enjoy it again.

The stories of customers who have embraced fresh milled wheat, raw honey, electrolytes, wholesome foods and have experienced incredible changes in their health. We’ve celebrated with people who’ve reduced medications, found renewed energy, and even trained for and completed marathons.

Those moments remind us that this has always been about so much more than selling wheat.

Thank you for supporting our small business. Thank you for every bag of wheat you’ve purchased, every loaf you’ve baked, every story you’ve shared, and every friend you’ve sent our way.

Here’s to two years of growing together and to whatever God has planned next. ❤️🌾

This is a new roll trick I learned from the internet. Thought I would share! It is pretty slick. You just have to have your dough about the same thickness throughout so your rolls are the same size.

I know I am quite the videographer! Ha!

Okay y’all! It’s happening. I will have pie crust made with fresh milled wheat frozen in the store ready for you to make into your choice of pie or quiche!
