🔥 🏆 GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

Big shoutout to my brother Joey Noguez with Meats ByJoey for bringing home 4TH PLACE IN CHICKEN today at Brontoberfest.

73 teams competing, and this dude finished 4th! That’s no small accomplishment!

If you know Joey, you know this man knows his way around a smoker. He puts in the work, knows his craft, and today he proved he can hang with some of the best!

And yeah, there might’ve been a little Happy Mescan Mexican Butter in the mix and maybe some Happy Mescan finishing salt. 😉🔥 But the man behind that smoker deserves all the credit!

Proud of you, brother! Well deserved, and I’m glad I got to see you walk once again across that stage to collect another plaque for the wall.

4th out of 73! Crazy work bro!!

First ever BBQ Comp Brisket cooked, sliced, and turned in to the judges. We will see how it goes. Big thanks to Meats ByJoey Julia Sanchez and Saldañas Carne Seca for all the help with this competition.
