Summer flavors have officially landed at Zero One Brewing Company! Looking for something fresh, flavorful, and made from scratch? Check out three of our newest menu additions:

🥗 Greek Chicken Bowl – Marinated grilled chicken, basmati rice, feta, olives, tomatoes, pickled red onions, romaine lettuce, and our house-made tzatziki.
🍔 Island Jerk Burger – Jerk seasoned beef pattie, jerk bbq sauce cheddar cheese, grilled pineapple, crispy onion strings, lettuce & jerk aoli.
🍔 Tzatziki Turkey Burger – A lighter burger option with a turkey pattie, swiss, lettuce, tomato and house-made tzatziki sauce!

You can substitute the turkey pattie on any of our regular burgers as well for a leaner protine option! Come in and try our newbies and let us know what you think!!!

Pink Boots WTF (With The Fur)
Brewed by the incredible women of Zero One Brewing Company, Pink Boots WTF (With The Fur) is a hazy IPA bursting with bright grapefruit citrus and floral hibiscus notes.

This beer was crafted as part of the Pink Boots collaboration, celebrating and supporting women in the brewing industry! If you haven't tried it yet, now's your sign. Stop by and grab a pint while it's still on draft!

Introducing our new Greek Chicken Bowl!!
Marinated and grilled chicken served over basmati rice with crisp romaine lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, pickled red onions, feta cheese, and our house-made tzatziki sauce.

Light enough for a hot Texas afternoon, filling enough to satisfy, and packed with bold Mediterranean flavor.

Great news!!! Our sister location, Zero One Taproom is now open until 10pm Thursday-Saturday!!! Another great spot for Texas craft beers, wine, and of course their famous smash burgers!
