Rosemary’s bio:

A girl from the Ozark mountains who dreamed of adventures started learning to draw horses, dogs & her own paper dolls in elementary school. She turned those dreams into reality, became a fashion designer, and traveled to foreign lands on many adventures. She paints in a realistic style, in landscapes from her imagination. Her art is described as Imagined Realism.

About the painting:
“Navajo Sons” is a memorial to a young Navajo rodeo bull rider from eastern Arizona, killed by despair, and 6 other young Navajo men who died from the same disease. “I placed the young cowboy in a dreamed of Monument Valley landscape.” Rosemary Cantrell
