This weekend I made a Fiesta theme birthday cake and cupcakes. Here are some before and after pictures. I must add when you make homemade whipping frosting it melts faster than store bought frosting, but it still tastes better too. I always choose to make my own whipping frosting since eveyone enjoys it better than buttercream since it’s not too sweet and it’s light and fluffy too. However, when you are a baker you improvise the design. In the end everyone enjoyed the cake and cupcakes too, and for me that is what matters. 🙏🏼😊✝️🤍🤍

I baked it up this past week and this weekend!
Motivational work week ended with oreo cake cups.
Then this weekend there was 3 birthday celebrations!
So I baked the following:
3 layer pineapple cake
Strawberry cake
Strawberry cheesecake

Below are pictures of all the sweet treats that were made except for the 3 layer upside down pineapple cake I made.
Sometimes taking pictures of what I baked is the last thing on my mind once I am done and, I end up forgetting to take pictures.
As long as everyone enjoys the sweet treats, that is what matters more to me than a forgotten picture I didn’t take. 🤗💕🙏🏼✝️🤍
