OUR APPROACH:
In our artisanal winemaking process, we meticulously craft small batches, producing only 60 gallons or 300 bottles per batch. Every vintage is hand-bottled, corked, and labeled to ensure the highest quality. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our 92.3% success rate, winning 12 medals out of 13 entries in prestigious competitions. This dedication to perfection is at the hea

Due to the incoming freeze and inclement weather, we will be closed Saturday and Sunday.

But, because we never like to end on bad news here’s the good part!

We’re open tonight and Friday only, and some of your favorite red wines are officially back and available.
Brancaleone. Cabernet Sauvignon. Syrah , with Syrah as our Wine of the Week.

Tomorrow is Uncorked Fridays all day, plus live music with Leon Sanchez from 5–9 PM. Heaters on, blankets ready, cozy vineyard vibes, and plenty of indoor seating.

If you’re going to be stuck inside during the freeze, you might as well be stocked up and well-fed.

Reservations are highly recommended for tonight and Friday. Come see us, enjoy dinner, and let us take care of you before the cold hits.

Sip N Sizzle Bistecca Night is back this Thursday and has sold out two weeks in a row. Make this your night out before the cold front moves in. Reserve your steaks now before we sell out again.

Holy Focaccia Thursday is happening all night. Order a pasta or pizza and enjoy a complimentary focaccia. Bistecca not included.

Our wine of the week is our Reserve Syrah from California. Bold, smooth, and the perfect pairing for steak and red sauce dishes. $45 per bottle and $12 per glass.
