We had a family reach out wanting BBQ this weekend but in order to make it happen we need 5 other families to join in on the order. For $50 you get 2 lbs. smoked brisket and (3) 16oz. sides of your choice (BBQ beans, Mac&cheese, Cole slaw, or Banana Cream pudding) mix and match how you’d like! PM me if your interested!! Meals would be delivered between 4-4:30 PM on Sunday at the Splash pad pool/park in RBR.

Good evening everyone. I can’t believe it’s already been over a month since I last did a BBQ event. There’s been a ridiculous amount of travel for my son’s hockey, during which his team won a tournament up in Austin! (Bragging pictures down below 😁) now we’re gearing up for a big tournament in Phoenix just after the first of the year.

But after a month off I’m ready to get back in the saddle and get that smoker fired back up. I’ve got the itch to cook for y’all.

Here is how the menu’s looking for this Saturday:

Brisket: $20.00/lb
Garlic Sausage: $7.00/lb
Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage: $7.00/lb
Coleslaw: $6.00/pint
Mac and Cheese: $6.00/pint
Camp Beans: $6.00/pint

Brisket Plate: $15.00
Includes 1/3lb of brisket and 2 individual servings of sides

Brisket Family Pack: $50.00
2 pounds brisket and 3 pints sides

Hi everyone and welcome to Pottsy’s Smokehouse. The reason I’ve start selling my BBQ is simple: it’s been a dream for years to do something like this and also my son, Mason, plays travel hockey. For those that don’t know, hockey is not a cheap sport by any means so if I am able to make a little extra on the side to be able to support my boy in what he loves it’s worth it by that much more. Right now we are just doing this on weekends as time allows and on a pre-order basis but eventually we are looking to grow it into something more. Stay tuned for upcoming events and thank you for your support!
