And we’re back, we know…..we know, you missed us 😎. A lot of life events happening this past month. Owners got married and took some much needed time off. But we’re back with a whole new vigor and some new goodies.

Over the next month or so we’ll be adding new items to the site. Some things you’ve been asking for and some super exciting high end specialties.

Also it’s prime rib season, so that info will be out this week. 🍖

Don’t worry we’re not going anywhere, just making half time adjustments. We’re excited that we get to improve and focus on our rapidly growing online presence. We will very likely dip our toes back into local distribution, but for now we need to focus on growing our Rebel Meats Brand.

Happpppy Saturday everyone! Just in case you’ve been wondering what we’ve been working on behind the scenes…or not 😎. We are happy to announce some minor and major changes coming this month. First, we’ve upgraded and added new ranchers and partners to our meat products. We added some truly high end premium programs as well as American Wagyu and much more. Secondly, we sourced and upgraded our shipping supplies to a new bio-foam (we’re excited for this one) which gives us the new protection we need for your out of state deliveries!Also we’ve created a new website and app extension that will launch this month. As well as some new branding and maybe a few new characters 🤓. You’ll see the changes slowly starting to take place. will still be here just in our wholesale and processing divisions. Be excited, we’re excited! The futures in the past and we’re bringing the past to the present.

A lot of companies like to post pictures of boxes on a loading dock to show they’re busy. We decided to show you the fresh cut steaks we had cut to order this Monday instead. It was a busy weekend and we had to cut a lot of orders fresh for delivery this week. Yes we cut your steaks by hand, in our facility, does your online meat company do the same?
