Honored to provide the light appetizers for Illuminate Possibility: Wellness & Resilience hosted by the San Antonio LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.

With wellness, sustainability, and community resilience at the heart of the evening's conversation, I wanted the food to reflect those same values. These individual CharCUTIE boats were served in bamboo boats, finished with edible flowers, and designed to be both beautiful and practical for guests to enjoy throughout the event.

The best part? Every single boat was enjoyed.

I love creating charcuterie experiences that bring people together—whether it's for a community event, corporate gathering, workshop, or private celebration.
