First time doing spare ribs. My gf loves a sauce so I waiting on hour 4 to brush some on. Very impressed and I watched the YouTube to trim it prior. Save all the hate comments but for 5 hours on a pellet, tender, delicious, and im satisfied with the results. Thanks fellow smokers.
