Spent 18 hours making brisket just for my kid to perform a full-on surgical removal of the ‘yucky parts.’ At this point I’m raising a cardiologist, not a Texan. 😂

1lb Brisket, 4 chicken quarters, quart of rice, quart of beans, reg sauce, pickles and onions.

5% discount for orders paid in cash.

We celebrated our most seasoned “q’ook”. The man that showed me the right way to light a fire…. Happy birthday to the old man.
