Since we know that not everyone needs a whole brisket, we are excited to offer brisket by the pound for pre-orders this New Year's Eve. The price is $33 per pound, and it includes barbecue sauce, bread, pickles, and onions. You can place your pre-orders until December 20th. We have around 20 lbs of brisket available for this option, and you can pick it up at our restaurant on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

You must pre-order so we know how much to make, and this will be high marbled USDA certified prime.

A customer ordered a whole turkey and wanted it frozen and vacuum sealed so they can take it to Dallas and reheat it for Thanksgiving. We fulfill the order and the customer said that people were raving about the flavor of the turkey.

Not only do we sell our whole smoked turkeys vacuum sealed and ready to reheat, we also sell our whole smoked briskets vacuum sealed and ready to reheat as well. If anyone is interested for a whole briskets either vacuum sealed or sliced for New Year's. Just give us a call.

Currently, we have 5 USDA prime briskets available exclusively for New Year's orders, suitable for 10 to 15 guests, and priced at $159.99, a reduction from the regular price of $189.99 and our whole racks of ribs are $39.99 comes with 10 to 13 bones. Normally $49.99
