Calling for meal prep and catering orders!
The meat is cleaned and trimmed, dry-brined, seasoned, tempered, smoked, and rested. The Pork Belly is also marinated overnight. Additionally, each breast and filet is big enough for 2 servings/meals.
Food can either be hot to serve right then or sliced and sealed for meal planning.
Bone/Skin-less Chicken Breast: $7 (8-12oz)
Choice Sirloin Steak - $20/lb (8-12oz/$10-14)
Pork Spare Ribs, w/Sauce- $20/rack
Pork Belly, marinated, cubed - $20/portion
Pulled Pork - $40/shoulder
Prime Brisket - S/M/L ($120-$200)
Smoked Mushrooms - $12
Whole Turkey - $50
Specialty Smoked Desserts:
Banana Bread - $15
Chocolate Chip Cookies - $15
Meat is always fresh and slow-cooked on Saturday with a hardwood blend of hickory, oak, maple, and cherry.
