After a long two and a half months of being closed due to weather and plumbing problems I’m excited to be reopening to serve hungry guests once again. If you’re in the Southtown or Alamodome area celebrating St. Patrick’s day early come by and have a burger or taco. I will be open late to feed those that decide to stay out past last call. Come get your grub on.

As the new year is apon us I would like to thank those that have come out to support me with my dream to open up my own business. It hasn’t been easy but I believe 2024 will bring many blessings. Cheers to you and yours on this New Year’s Eve and may God bless you as well. Also I will be expanding my menu options to include wings, fajita tacos, loaded fries and nachos just to name a few. I’m constantly trying to perfect my own recipes and when I do they will be added for all to enjoy along with my homemade chips and salsa,burgers, and Tejas tacos(which are becoming a fan favorite btw). Looking forward to a great 2024. I will be happy to see y’all next year and fill your bellies with delicious food.

Today is the day I celebrate 41 years on the rock. I will eventually get to responding to everyone in due time. Since you were kind enough to take time from your day to wish me a happy birthday I will find time to individually thank all of you. I’ll be celebrating at Tejas Food Truck 1332 E Cesar E Chavez all day today. Everyone and anyone is welcome to join the celebration. Hope to see y’all soon. Look for the yellow trailer.
