Smoke Batch BBQ LLC My name is Jovan Barrientos and I have been barbecuing for over 15 years. I have a passion for barbecuing and hope to make it a full-time career.

Accompanied by my wife Delmi, we bring a combination of great smoking BBQ and homemade desserts. We are based in the southside of San Antonio. Smoking meats in post oak on my 500-gallon offset smoker 1 batch at a time. Currently our goal is to raise enough money to get our own food trailer. I believe with the flavors and quality of food we make, will only be a matter of time before we break out. T

o me smoking is a form of art, with all the new technology that has been introduce to the BBQ industry old school style BBQ is dying. I believe it's the time and attention, weather elements, the heat spikes, long stalls, the selecting of the wood that gives it that deep rich smoke flavor that people crave. You won't get that from a pellet smoker I know lol. We are currently a small pop-up side business with a to-go ordering menu 2 weekends out of the month.
