A commitment to the future of the Brangus breed was on full display during the 2026 IJBBA Legacy Foundation Female fundraiser at Brangus Days.

Thanks to the generosity of Grady and Sara Green of Draggin' M Ranch, who donated this year's IJBBA Legacy Foundation Female, and the many supporters who participated in the buyer's group, $40,000 was raised for the IJBBA Legacy Foundation.

The winning ticket was drawn by Ideal Video Productions, who graciously donated the female back to be resold. She then brought an additional $29,000, selling to the Hicks Family of Hicks Ranch.

Together, these efforts generated a total of $69,000 to support the next generation of Brangus breeders.

Every dollar raised through the IJBBA Legacy Foundation creates opportunities for junior members through scholarships, leadership development and educational programs, helping ensure a strong future for the breed.
