The BBQholics 12 steps.
1.We admitted we were powerless over BBQ - that our lives had become unmanageable.
2.Came to believe that a Pitmaster greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3.Made a decision to smoke our meats and will our lives over to the care of the BBQ Gods.
4.Made a endless search for perfect BBQ wood.
5.Admitted to BBQ Gods, to ourselves and to another human being the exa
ct nature of our wrongs.
6.Were entirely ready to have BBQ Gods remove all these defects of over smoked/cooked meats.
7.Humbly asked Him to satisfy our cravings for the perfect BBQ.
8.Made a list of all cows chickens and pigs we had harmed, and became willing to make great BBQ of them all.
9.Made direct amends to such animals wherever possible, expect to do so again.
10.Continued to take personal inventory off our different BBQ woods and when we were low promptly replenish them.
11.Sought through prayer and meditation to improve pitmaster skills thru conscious contact with the BBQ Gods as we understood them, praying only for knowledge of their will for us and the power to carry that out.
12.Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to bbqholics and to practice these principles in all our BBQ party's.
