Part 3 | Kai Tries

We tried a sushi spot and here’s the REAL review 👀

Drinks:
Lychee punch – 8/10 🍹
Guava lemonade – 5/10 (needed more balance, too sour)

Food:
Wagyu sliders – 5/10
Melt-in-your-mouth but lowkey needed salt/flavor… Kai said “I’m good” 😂

Fries – 6/10

Chili garlic wings – 4/10
Not crispy, flavor didn’t hit

Scallops & pork belly – 4/10
Scallops chewy, pork belly not tender… sauce wasn’t it for me

BUT the sushi??? 🔥
Sushi & sashimi platter – 9/10
King salmon, toro, shrimp, maguro, yellowtail, aji, ahi… yeah I’ll be back for THAT

Overall: 6/10
Translation: come for the sushi, skip the rest 😌

Also… I was gonna turn leftovers into okonomiyaki but left them in the car 😭 tragic

This was my go to when I was pregnant with Kai since I couldn’t drink. Now living the this stays in my fridge. It’s refreshing and gives me my flavor AND fizz mix.

My baby took me out to Waikiki for Valentine’s Day!
It was beautiful. And deeeelliicious! Our server Damien was amazing. The staff was welcoming! 10/10 recommend to check out.
Like for part 2 and Kai will tell you everything we ate.
