The Modern Chili Queen of Texas Diana Anderson will be popping up at the Ranch Motel this SATURDAY for lunch/dinner so swing by for some incredible chilified street eats!

Menu:

- Smoked brisket sliders
- Pulled pork sliders (sliders served w/ JD’s BBQ Sauce)
- Cowboy queso nachos
(Infused with JD’s hatch bock beer chili sauce & local Peaceful Pork)
- Cowboy queso nachos loaded (with brisket or pork)
- Pork Belly Lollipops with a prickly pear glaze
- Frito pies
- Chili dogs
(Toppings: onions, Jalapeños, cheese, avocado lime crema)
