Rockin Pescado 2021 - Good food equals good energy, the key to enjoying life. My vision is to serve all individuals the best tasting fish tacos. (currently closed)

• Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, I have experienced the growth of a city from a small town family feel to the fastest growing city in the nation. At a time when public schools offered Home Economics classes, I signed up at every opportunity with one goal in mind, to cook and eat. After High School, attended UTSA, San Antonio College and graduated from Our Lady of The Lake in 1999 with a Bache

lor Degree in Social Work and a desire to help others. I worked two years for the Texas Workforce Center as Case Manager helping single parents find employment and fifteen years for Methodist Healthcare Ministries as Parenting Program Coordinator under the Meld Young Dads and Nurturing Parenting Programs . In October of 2016 rediscovered my passion for cooking and launched Rockin Pescado as a Temporary Food Establishment. Instilled with a desire to give back to the community, 10% of profits to be donated to a fatherhood program.

So as an aspiring entrepreneur, we thought we could pivot and change biz model in this Covid era but keep the same name. We tried it and it does not feel right. As a result, Rockin Pescado will remain a food stand for now (but is closed, still have not ruled out re-open in the future) and any script, movie, music, entertainment will be it's own and separate business. Thank you. 🙏
