Michael is married to Lacy (the original "Lil' Red"), and together they are parents to Archer (the new "Lil' Red"), born in 2015. This little ginger family has made San Antonio home and wants to share with you their love for The Caviar of the South.

After 10 years, Lil’ Red’s is closing our kitchen. This journey has been nothing short of incredible and full of challenges, lessons, and rewards that I wouldn’t trade for anything.

To anyone considering taking the leap into entrepreneurship, go for it. The experience of building something from the ground up is worth every moment.

While our kitchen doors are closing, our story isn’t over. We’re focused on growing our Peanut Dip line and look forward to bringing it to your area soon.
