buttery soft caramels made with organic, fair trade and local ingredients. We find it essential that every living thing in the supply chain of our ingredients should be treated fairly, from the cream all the way to the coffee and every person and animal in between. Every caramel comes hand wrapped and packaged by the dozen.

Did you hear?! We got a grant for a caramel wrapping machine!!! If you’ve ever worked for us, you know what a game changer this will be.

Last week I had the honor of receiving this grant from the incredible women of Les Dames d’Escoffier San Antonio and thank you isn’t enough for how grateful we are!

Hey friends, it’s been a minute. Let’s just say that life has been a little wild and we’ve got lots to share but, not quite yet! So for now, we’ll leave you with the very exciting news that we will be setting up with our friends Jason Boland & The Stragglers this weekend, September 5th & 6th at Gruene Hall, OG style where you build your own bag, mix and match a dozen or half! We can’t wait to be with you in person again with good music and the best caramel around!!
