Who doesn't love ice cream! I have family who isn't fond of traditional cake so I made an ice cream cake to try and tempt them! I loved the way it turned out!

I made this one for my little boy's 2nd birthday. It was frustrating to make! The combination of fondant and icing made it difficult for some reason. In the end it turned out great and my firetruck loving boy was so excited!

This was a birthday cake for an outdoor enthusiast. I used chocolate covered graham crackers for the tent and extra crumbled cake for the river bank. Everything else is marshmallow fondant and Buttercream frosting!

I've always wanted to make a wedding cake and finally got the opportunity to do one! Let me tell you, it was not the dream I thought it was going to be! I had issues with every step! From making the flowers to the fondant to the cake itself! The bride requested carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. This cake is more dense than I'm used to working with. I was also in another state and the elevation/humidity levels were different. (I'm going to say they had something to do with it even if they didn't!) I had about 36 hours to put everything together and I stayed up late putting most of it together. Waking up the next morning to it crumbling was not fun! I had to take everything apart - re-bake some of the cakes and try to salvage the rest. The morning of the wedding the cake had tried to collapse again. Making the fondant look strange. I tried my best to fix it and finish the cake. Despite all the problems with it it was done and edible!

I made a cake for a gorgeous 1 year old with the cutest theme - "One-derland." It was really fun to make! All of the figures are made out of marshmallow fondant.
