💥💥💥ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE MOVE TO A NEW LOCATION OF T-PIOCA

🏠Our new location has moved to: 10100 Reunion Pl Suite 140, San Antonio, TX 78216, United States.

Dear Valued Customers,

T-Pioca is a product of hard-word and perseverance of Son Nguyen and his mother since 2019. We have been working hard to thrive for excellent quality milk tea and specialty drinks made with high-quality ingredients. Starting from a small place with just 10 customers coming per day, after 4 years of hard work and determination and the love and care to our products, our employees; we are proud to have a stable stream of loyal customers and supporters and becoming part of the community. We are humbly thanking you for your support over the years.

However, 1 year ago, we signed a franchise agreement with Bao Long LLC so they can manage a single location in Walzem Road. While Son Nguyen and his mother focus on building a restaurant, a sister brand to T-Pioca to better supplement the business.

But just within 4 months of entering the franchise agreement, we sensed something was wrong. When Son Nguyen went to the Walzem location to do our weekly quality inspection, we were prevented from conduct our business by Bao Long LLC and we found out they have compromised the quality of our original recipe by replacing with different ingredients. We also investigate and found out several employee complaints and worked directly with a case of a former employee there being mistreated at the store by Bao Long, LLC owners. They also engaged in deceitful business practices. They have started to posted fake review on their newly created T-Pioca Google Profile and posted fake 1 star review to our current Google business locations.

This is why we decided to cut ties with the franchisee (Bao Long LLC) and declare that the Walzem Road location is no longer affiliate with our brand and we are taking legal actions for them to remove our intellectual properties and affiliation with the brand.

Our new location also offers a new menu that has a variety specialty coffee drink and upgraded espresso machine to make even higher quality coffee drinks. We also offer a variety of delicious food items from our sister brand.
