Chef James T. Canter of Guerrilla Gourmet has been deep in R&D, and now we can finally reveal what he’s been cooking up for our upcoming St. Paul Square Dinner Club Event at Cherrity Bar next Thursday, Oct. 1st: A Koreano-Tejano Dinner!

We’re talking an assortment of traditional and nontraditional banchan, Kimchi Aguachile, Yukgaejang-Spiced Beef Enchiladas, Korean-Style Pumpkin Duck and a Tres Leches Sheet Cake finale with black sesame, mesquite honey and toasted songpyeon & tteok.
