When we sell a whole brisket for $200 it feeds 20 people. We don't start with a 12-14 pound brisket like those other guys. I prefer to use 16 - 18 pound briskets which finish off around 9 pounds. As usual I wanted to make sure this customer had everything to make their experience complete. Just to make sure their event went on without a snag I asked, do you have plasticware/ silverware and serving utensils? (This was a meat only order, no sides) She responded silverware yes, serving utensils no. I said no worries I got you covered I have tons. I'll include disposable tongs with you order, free of charge. Despite being a meat only purchase, we included shedded onions, pickles, sauce and 2 loaves of bread and the holy serving utensils. At Brady's TEXAS BBQ, we don't just provide an amazing product we provide an amazing service. Let's face it BBQ ain't cheap. I charge a premium price for top notch products.
