Rebel Eats Rebel Eats is a plant-based food catering, educational and events collective with a social awareness doing radical things with & around food.

Rebel Mariposa, is a Vegan Chef and Raw food advocate who travels the globe looking at ways in which communities are creating sustainable and healing ways of living and eating. A child of the Tejano/Chicano Movement she was born and raised in the kitchen’s of her female relatives and also in the theaters, community and activist centers of San Antonio. She is a professional chef, dancer, artist and teacher. She relocated back to San Anto in 2015 being in San Diego for 7 years.
