This past weekend, A5 Wagyu Cattle Company had the honor of being part of the Maverick County Jr. Stock Show in Eagle Pass, TX. During the event, one of the contestants, Julio Carrasco, selected our 100% Akaushi Wagyu Ribeye to compete in the Ribeye Contest — and we’re proud to share that he earned Second Place 🥈.

Julio’s achievement is a true reflection of his culinary skills, attention to detail, and outstanding seasoning and cooking technique. We’re honored that our steak was part of his success and grateful for the trust he placed in our product.
