The final cheers 💔

The time has come to say goodbye. Today marks our last day open, and we want to invite all of you—our friends, family, and loyal supporters—for one final cheers. 🍻

We couldn’t imagine closing out this incredible chapter without bringing back Steven Moss, who bartended on our very first day. It feels only right that he’s here with us today to help pour the last pints. He’ll be behind the bar alongside with our amazing Olivia, who has gone above and beyond to serve our community with a smile and a full heart.

We’re going to miss them both dearly, and we know you will too.

Join us for one last round, share your memories, and help us go out with the biggest bang possible. Let’s make today a celebration of everything we’ve built together—this isn’t just the end of Weathered Souls, it’s a celebration of the journey we’ve shared with each and every one of you.

🍻🥲 Final Weekend at Weathered 🥲🍻

Our last Saturday together is here, and we’re going out with a bang! Join us for our Community Bottle Share today in the Warehouse, starting at 11am. Let’s make this day special and share some amazing brews one last time. Here are the rules:

1. Bring up to 3 beers to share (750ml equivalent or less per beer).
2. You must purchase at least 2 pints from our taps to participate.
3. Beer Share only. No exceptions.
4. 21+ event.
5. Please enjoy responsibly, clean up, and dispose of trash. 🚮

⏰ Hours: 11am - 10pm
🍽️ Food starts at 12:30pm by Barrel & Bloom, with vendors Robert Brews, Swiss Chocolates, Alamo Biscuit Co., and Girls Gone Wild Beauty Boutique. Crowlers and growler fills are available (we’re not selling growlers), but **bottles are running EXTREMELY LOW**.

Come hungry, come thirsty, and let’s make this day count. It’s hard to say goodbye, but we’ll forever be grateful for this incredible journey with all of you. Cheers to the memories we made together. 💙

Join us for one last hurrah at Weathered Souls as we host a Community Bottle Share this Saturday starting at 11am! Bring your best BEER bottles, meet fellow beer lovers, and let’s raise a glass together as we celebrate our final weekend. 🎉

Rules for the Share:

1. Bring up to 3 beers to share (up to 750ml equivalent or less per beer).
2. To participate, you must purchase at least 2 pints from our taps.
3. Only Beer Share. No exceptions.

We are very honored to release “Mere,” a special beer brewed in memory of Meredith Portillo, who was taken from us far too soon. 🕊️Meredith and her family—parents Cindy and Peter, and her sister Mallory—are incredibly close to the Weathered Souls family. For those of you who have been part of our community, you’ll remember seeing the Portillos at our events, selling their Amaizing Corn and sharing in the good times with us. ❤️

“Mere” is a Session IPA that reflects Meredith’s vibrant spirit—light, refreshing, and full of life. With 4.8% ABV, 40 IBUs, and brewed with Mosaic, Cascade, and Amarillo hops, it offers a perfect balance of citrus and floral notes.

We couldn’t be prouder to honor Meredith’s memory through this special release. Please join us in raising a glass to celebrate her remarkable life and the love we will always hold for her and the Portillo family. 🙏🏽🍺❤️

After many years of great beer, unforgettable memories, and amazing community vibes, we’re closing the doors for the final time on September 22nd. But before we go, we want to celebrate with YOU—our loyal patrons who made this journey unforgettable.

Join us for our last days of events, beers, and good times, including our special Community Bottle Share on Saturday, Sept 21st, starting at 11am. Bring your favorite bottles and grab something from our taps—let’s make this a weekend to remember!

Belis Reserve available on tap now!

Introducing our latest creation from the Single Barrel Series, a 14.2% ABV barrel-aged stout that has spent over 24 months developing its rich, layered flavors in Buffalo Trace W.L. Weller Special Reserve Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey barrels. These renowned barrels lend a smooth, wheated profile with notes of caramel, toffee, and oak, infusing the beer with a deep, refined warmth.

To this already rich foundation, we’ve added roasted almonds and vanilla, enhancing the creamy, nutty character and rounding out the bourbon’s complexity. The final touch is Mostra Coffee’s Philippines Heritage Microlot, a single-origin coffee from Sitio Belis mills, a tribute to the farmers and the ancestral roots of Mostra Coffee. This specialty-grade coffee, which boasts flavors of chocolate, baking spices, and a nutty finish, has been a pioneering product in the specialty coffee world since 2015. The result is a luxuriously complex beer with an indulgent yet balanced fusion of flavors—a celebration of craftsmanship from barrel to bottle.
