And yes…
Of course we’ll have PINK ICE CREAM and ALL the pink sprinkles

Because basic is not in our vocabulary 💁‍♀️✨

Our soda floats are bubbly, creamy, and topped with a whole lot of pink perfection.
Our cold brew affogato? Smooth, bold cold brew poured over dreamy ice cream for that sweet-meets-sassy moment.

🎀Meet the Owner of Girly Pop 💗

I’m a mom of 8.
A grandma of 3.
And a stroke survivor.
Four years ago, I had a massive stroke.
I had to relearn how to walk, talk, and read all over again.
There were days I didn’t know what my future would look like. There were days when drs told me I had 18 months of survival, or I would never be the same again.
But during that fight for survival, I realized something…..⬇️⬇️⬇️

Life is too short to not chase your dream.

So I did.
I started Girly Pop, and within 6 months, that small dream became a 6-figure business. And we’re only going up from here… 💅🏼✨

Girly Pop isn’t just dirty sodas and iced coffee trailers.
It’s my second chance at life.
It’s proof that you can rebuild, you can be at the very bottom and still overcome things no one ever expected you to bounce back from.
It’s resilience on wheels.

That’s also why we love and support nurses so fiercely. Nurses helped save my life. L. They deserve to be celebrated every chance we get 💕
No matter how hard it’s been to come back from my stroke, I am determined to build something my kids, my grandbabies, and my community can be proud of.

This is more than a business.
This is my comeback story. 🎀💖
