We prepped hundreds of crudités & dip snack cups and cheese snack cups for a corporate event. We had all hands on deck to help get this done! Thank you Tamara, George,
We used :
25 pounds of carrots, 35 pounds of cucumbers, 20 pounds of grapes and blueberries, 20 cups of house made hummus and babaganoush, 35 cups of labne, 40 pounds of rainbow baby peppers, 10 pounds of cherry tomatoes, 15 pounds of dill havarti, 15 pounds of cheddar, 20 pounds of manchego! Guess how many cups we made??
