Looking for the flavors I grew up with in Peru. Aji amarillo. Huacatay. Rocoto. Flavors that are completely ordinary back home — and almost invisible here.
That moment built this company.
My name is Antoinette. I’m the Founder of Peruana Sauce — and my mission is to make Peruvian flavors a permanent part of the American table. We’re made in Peru, we’re real ingredients, and we’re now in 2,000 stores across the U.S.
