The Caribbean Grinch - stealing hearts not Christmas.
This tropical cocktail will have you feeling warm and festive even if your heart is three sizes too small.

Ingredients:
1.5oz BACOO Rum 3 Year White
0.5oz Midori
0.25oz simple syrup
0.5oz pineapple juice
0.5oz lemon juice

Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and add ice.
Shake for 8-10 seconds to mix and chill
Strain into a glass
Garnish with a cherry
