Socca is an unleavened, savory pancake made of chickpea flour, and is a popular street food in the south of France. And Soccata is a vegan version of Frittata, inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow. Now I am in love with them and I am already developing my versions of Soccata 🙂 Kale and herb Soccata for breakfast and Black gram and corn tacos for lunch!

Borrowed this book from the library and I couldn’t stop myself from trying out a recipe right away!! Her breakfast recipes have Indian twist to it and I love it! Food doesn’t have to be spicy but cumin and turmeric gives a new look and taste to a dish 😋
