It's Trivia time! Thursday is Deft-Brained Trivia Night @ Deft Brewing and The Gärten. Join us tonight and every Thursday at 6:30pm for some challenging general-knowledge trivia, learn some interesting things along the way, hear a few really lame Dad Jokes from Mo, and enjoy the competition with some delicious deftly-crafted European-inspired Deft beer, tasty mead or wine from Lost Cause or Oddish Wines, and mouth-watering wood-fired artisanal pizzas and other hearty fare from Pizza Cassette. No cover. Fun prizes for the top teams - like the super-secret "mystery bag". Any size team. Always fun!

"Aprikosenbier Gose" Gose (Sour) with Apricot. Light German ‘Aprikosenbier’ wheat ale with prominent, balanced sourness & saltiness. Fermented with apricots for background fruit flavor, but the sour and salty Gose qualities still stand out. Try it with: Mixed Greens Salad (here) or Goat Cheese & Fruit (at home).

"Deft & Taxes" Weizenbock. Stronger German-style wheat ale. Hef-like wheat & yeast character. Nicely balanced by rich malt flavors of toast, caramel, and raisin with a pleasant sweetness. Try it with Sausage & Mushroom Pizza (here) or Currywurst (at home).
