My client requested a Portuguese-inspired menu, and I was excited to bring it to life.

Sopa de Feijão — a comforting Portuguese bean soup, rich with tradition and flavor.

🥩 Main Course
Bitoque — a perfectly seared steak served with a fried egg, a beloved Portuguese classic.

🍓 Dessert
Serradura — Portugal’s iconic “sawdust pudding,” finished with fresh berries for a bright, refreshing touch.

Menu is up and I hope to see everyone here come support the Kalaveraz Baseball Pop Up Event hosted by Kalaveraz Baseball !

Since I will be by myself and still working on providing my own power supply, I have chose to stick with a single dish. Some of you guys already know about it so make sure to tell your friends and family!
