Pét-Nat is bottled before fermentation is finished, which means natural bubbles = natural chaos if you’re not careful 🙈
Pro tip:
❄️ Chill it so it’s ice cold
🫳 Open the bottle cap ever so slightly and repeat - do not flick it off like a beer bottle!
🥂 Have a glass nearby (not a pot 😂) to pour first bubbles in to
