What time is it? Time for a spritz!

This week I experimented with the new - definitely fun and fruity (and pink!), think mango and passion fruit flavors. It worked pretty nicely with Tiny Victories, but this version was a little sweet for my taste.

How I made it:
2 parts Sarti
3 parts Tiny Victories sparkling white
1 part sparkling water
Garnish with lime

Spritz popsicles?! Say less.

We tried our frozen take on the classic Aperol spritz with our very own Tiny Victories, and we definitely learned some lessons:

🥂 Alcohol and carbonation are not great for freezing liquids, especially not quickly! Our quick freeze popsicles turned into slushies but they were honestly really good.

🧃 You definitely need some juice in the recipe to up the sugar content and lower the alcohol content - Spindrift wasn’t getting it done.

🍊 This time the Tropicana OJ was a quick substitute, but next time we’ll definitely squeeze fresh orange juice for a sweeter orange taste.
