Lucy Mae's Kitchen Lucy Mae’s Kitchen was made in honor of Grandma herself, who dedicated her life to our family, her friends, the church and good home style cooking.

To continue her legacy, we hope to bring her dishes to the San Diego area

Hey there!👋🏾We have a lot of new followers now, so I think it’s a good time to reintroduce ourselves!😊

We started Lucy Mae’s Kitchen back in 2021 as a passion project to honor my grandmother, Lucy Mae Haire who passed away from Covid in 2020.
We first started selling dinners out of our apartment every Saturday. As demand grew we also started selling food on Wednesday and Friday. With the help of our customers spreading the word, local businesses begin to inquire into if we wanted to pop up and sell food at their locations. Hopnonymous Brewing Company was the first business who allowed us to pop up weekly, where we’re still to this day.

We are truly grateful to able to be in business this long and to have such loyal and loving customers! With out you we wouldn’t have made it this long. With that being said we will try our best to honor my grandmother by bringing the best version of ourselves each and every day. Thank you all for allowing us to serve you!🙌🏾
