We're almost out of Pecan Honeydew and before it's gone, we had to show you what it can do. 🍯

This honey is unlike anything else we carry. Deep mahogany, nearly black, pours like molasses but it's 100% raw, natural honey. The bees make it by collecting secretions from pecan trees (not flower nectar), and it only happens when the conditions are exactly right. We can't reorder it. When it's out, it's out.

So we made Cajun chicken with it.
Season your chicken with Cajun salt. Grease your pan with olive or avocado oil this matters with honey, trust us. Lather the Pecan Honeydew on generously, bake at 400°F or grill on medium-high, and watch that honey caramelize into the most beautiful dark glaze you've ever put on a bird.

Four ingredients. The honey does the heavy lifting.
