Make an easy but delicious version of coquito which is a Puerto Rican egg nog. In my opinion, the best egg nog you will ever have! Pick up Cozy Coronado jar on my website, infuse the jar with rum, let it sit for at least three days. Then make coquito in your blender with the infused rum, condensed milk, coconut milk. Sip! Sip!

Today is . Their numbers were diminishing but it looks like they are making a come back. Everyone’s efforts to plant butterfly gardens, plant native milkweed and not spraying poisons has paid off! Keep up your efforts!
When my son was a little boy we experienced something we will never forget-thousands of butterflies landing in our backyard. It was an awe-inspiring moment in our lives and my son still remembers that exciting day. And when I was in my 20s I had the opportunity to see the monarch butterflies cover the forest in Mexico, like fluttering carpeting on the ground and blanketing on the trees. That amazing experience will never leave my mind and heart. These two awesome experiences is the reason why I use the graceful butterfly on my labels. So next time you see a butterfly, please continue to stop and appreciate their beauty and awesomeness.
