~Seafood Jambalaya
My version of seafood jambalaya is still gonna be a creole based seasoned rice, but made with the holy trinity, plump shrimp, crab, plant based sausages, and that delicious creole flavor! No Chicken included. Instead it’s gonna have a perfectly blackened filet of catfish on top!

Braised smoked turkey, with fresh collards and cabbage in a savory, and delicious broth. Our family favorite! Gotta try them! Pairs well with everything😃
